We're seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to drive the candidate identification and engagement process for executive-level positions in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. This role is crucial in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leadership candidates while supporting the firm's high-touch, consultative approach to executive search. This role will help address current challenges including time constraints, missed opportunities, and scalability limitations in the search process. The position plays a vital role in scaling the organization's ability to identify and engage top-tier talent across the life sciences industry.
The Impact you’ll makeCandidate Research & Sourcing \nConduct targeted research to identify qualified executive candidates\nReview and assess LinkedIn profiles for relevant experience and qualifications\nBuild targeted candidate lists for specific searches\nMap talent markets and identify potential candidates\nExplore industry trends and resources for new opportunities\nCandidate Engagement \nManage initial outreach through various channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)\nCollect and verify candidate contact information\nMaintain professional communication throughout the sourcing process\nTrack candidate responses and engagement levels\nEnsure ongoing candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process\nDatabase Management \nMaintain accurate records in Loxo CRM\nUpdate candidate information and status\nDocument all candidate interactions\nGenerate sourcing activity reports\nTrack market research findings\nProcess Coordination \nSchedule initial screening calls and interviews via Google Meet or Zoom\nCoordinate with internal team members on search progress\nSupport feedback collection and documentation\nMaintain organized search records\nProvide regular updates to clients on search progress\nGather and document feedback from clients and candidates after interviews\n\n
Measure of Success\n\nQuality and quantity of identified candidates\nResponse rates from outreach efforts\nAccuracy and completeness of CRM data\nTimeliness of search support activities\nQuality of client and candidate feedback\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nPrevious recruitment experience in Biotech/Pharma industry, specifically with executive-level roles\nExperience with recruitment CRM systems (Loxo CRM experience is a plus)\nProven track record in candidate sourcing and engagement\nStrong proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional networks\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\n
