This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Recruitment Specialist that will performs full recruiting life-cycle duties including sourcing, screening, submitting and closing qualified candidates for permanent and contract positions

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
End to end recruitment process
Source applicants via different channels either online, referrals or offsite events
Initiates kick-off meetings with the hiring team to calibrate on the job requirements
Develops and updates job descriptions and job specifications
Responsible for candidate generation, which includes (but is not limited to), cold calling, research, networking, internet and social media utilization, industry or community events,
Boolean logic, job board mining and general sourcing of candidates
Conducts in-depth interviews; using traditional, behavioral and competency questions, and qualify candidates against the specific requirements and mandatory soft skills
Assists in build hiring plans to accomplish the hiring needs of the businesses and clients
Partners with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to draft salary offers.
Desired Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Strong account management, sourcing, and networking skills
1-2 years full cycle recruitment experience
Goal driven, self-starter and a team player
Can work well with multiple demands and deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
