Responsibilities

Understand our partner’s desired profile for online teachers. Search everywhere to find exceptional teachers. Assess candidate’s suitability through interviews, testing and demo lessons. Use social media and post content to make people want to work for us. Set expectations during pre-service orientation. Explain the terms and conditions of their service agreement. Help new teachers feel settled and supported during training. Keep an eye on your candidates until they join a team. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Utilize social media, referrals, teaching hubs and other channels effectively. Welcome new teachers through regular events. Continuously improve recruitment processes and share insights with the team.

How to Apply

During the interview process, you'll need to complete a tech check to assess your work-from-home setup. Following that, you'll have a 45-minute interview with the hiring manager and a thirty minute interview with the leadership team.
