About the Role
The individual will act as a senior recruiter of his/ her assigned division under the PDS Support Recruitment team. He/ she should collaborate with the recruitment manager in designing and driving recruitment strategies, processes, and programs that will attract and acquire talent in the market and campaigns for continuous process improvement.Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the account management and overseeing of end-to-end recruitment process in the assigned group or division.
Has keen understanding on all levels of the full-life cycle recruitment and takes full accountability of the recruiting activities conducted by the recruitment assistants.
Gather daily, weekly, and monthly hiring data reports.
Monitor the performance of assigned recruitment assistants and make sure targets are being met.
Conduct proper onboarding of new hire recruiters under his/her team.
Interact with the hiring managers regarding headcount requests via Workday and email for both internal and external hiring.
Attend meetings and calibration sessions with other teams, like training, sales, licensing and others.
Minimum Job Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment process experience, any industry Creative and adaptive in a dynamic and fast- paced environment
Working knowledge of analysis, hiring data base, sourcing channels and reporting tools
Good communication and presentation skills
Has background in volume-hiring recruitment
