The Impact you’ll makeJob Advertisement Management\nCreate and manage job postings across free and paid platforms\nDevelop industry-specific advertisements for hospitality, shipping, construction, medical, marketing, and manufacturing\nMonitor posting performance across different regions\nOptimize job posting reach and effectiveness\nCandidate Management\nScreen resumes and applications for diverse industry roles\nConduct initial candidate assessments\nPerform thorough reference checks and verifications\nMaintain organized candidate databases\nInterview Coordination\nManage Zoom interviews across multiple time zones\nCoordinate between Gulf-based clients and international candidates\nTrack and document interview feedback\nPrioritize candidates based on client requirements\nClient Relations\nSupport clients across Asia, Europe, and Gulf regions\nMaintain regular communication with Dubai and Qatar operations\nProvide recruitment progress updates\nAdapt to regional and industry-specific requirements\n
