Position Overview:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be pivotal in identifying and selecting qualified candidates to join our healthcare team. Working closely with department managers, you will ensure a seamless recruitment process while maintaining our high standards of quality care and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and engage potential candidates, including creating or enhancing local school connections, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and alignment with our organizational values.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks in accordance with organizational policies.
• Cultivate positive relationships with candidates throughout recruitment, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or related work experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably within a healthcare organization.
• Sound understanding of healthcare roles and responsibilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding compliance standards.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
