This is a Salaried position. Overview POSTION SUMMARY: The Recruitment Sourcing Strategist plays a central role in OSF employer branding to potential candidates along with promoting the key differentiators and unique culture that sets us apart from our competitors. In conjunction with the Manager of Recruitment, designs and recommends where and who to market targeted positions and the OSF brand. Ensures the recruitment advertising presence is coordinated, aligned, consistent, and meets business objectives. The Recruitment Strategist coordinates the recruitment advertising, working directly with job board providers, creating and monitoring job campaigns, along with tracking the analytic data that drives OSF Healthcare Systems recruitment success. Identifies and stays current on market trends that impact the ability to recruit. This position focuses on building and executing compelling marketing campaigns both in the digital and offline (traditional) space including targeted mailing, social and digital media, content strategy, video campaigns, events, and careers website. Partners with the OSF Marketing team to create and deliver innovative talent attraction and brand strategies that will increase awareness of OSF Healthcare System as an employer of choice and ultimately develop a powerful and diverse pipeline of candidates. The Provider Recruitment Sourcing Strategist will work independently to conduct recruitment sourcing activities targeting physician and advanced practice providers using a variety of databases, applicant tracking systems, online job recruiting and other specialty sourcing methods. The position will assist with and help coordinate the development of strategic and comprehensive recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of OSF HealthCare. The Provider Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will have responsibility for and undertake the management of activities related to provider recruiting, sourcing, screening of candidates, marketing campaigns, database maintenance and tracking. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, hospital administration, or related field and 5 years of progressive work experience in physician recruitment. Knowledge of and experience using applicant tracking software (iCims preferred), electronic job boards, social media and candidate sourcing applications, and including knowledge of the digital technology industry. Marketing experience in: brand, creative, messaging, targeted audience campaigns, content, digital media strategy and planning, brand campaign development and execution, media negotiation and placement, collateral, events, social media, communications, value propositions and positioning Ability to analyze large data sets and develop analytic reports and show measurable impact of attraction strategies. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ERP as well as ability to adapt and learn other tools as necessary. Proven leadership skills in organization, training, and problem solving. • Strong analytical skills are required to address operational and system problems, to gather and interpret financial and clinical data, and to prepare clear, concise management reports that alert department management to opportunities and propose appropriate action plans. • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required to share complex information with physicians, leadership, and other OSF employees. • Independent judgment is required to prioritize tasks and projects and work without a significant amount of day to day supervision. • Flexibility and the willingness to adapt to evolving job roles within the constantly changing work environment of the health system.
