Our Heart Failure solutions are helping address some of the World’s greatest healthcare challenges. As the Recruitment/Talent Partner, you’ll have the chance to seek qualified individuals to perform the role of a patient trainer. Provides full life cycle recruiting to include candidate sourcing, consultation with hiring management, background screening and candidate interviews. Understands recruiting needs of the business, proactively identifies and executes sourcing to meet those needs in a cost effective, timely manner. **What You’ll Work On** The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job, but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. + Partners with management to identify needs, job specifications and qualifications necessary to fill positions + Creates recruitment online postings + Assesses potential candidates, including skills, education, experience and company culture alignment + Conducts interviews by evaluating employment factors such as customer service, durable medical equipment and technology. The base pay for this position is $79,500.00 – $138,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
