Your Key Responsibilities

 

Supporting various recruitment process areas, such as screening CVs, posting jobs, and communicating with candidates Maintaining and managing data within HR systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency Supporting the administration of training programs and onboarding processes Representing Schaeffler at job fairs and university events, promoting our brand and culture  Participating in operational meetings, gaining valuable insights into HR strategies and decision-making Involvement in HR projects on a local level

 

Your Qualifications

 

Actively pursuing a degree, ideally in Human Resources or Business Administration (2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study) Able to work at least 30 hours of work per week (we offer a flexible schedule to make it easier to balance your studies with the internship) Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Fluency in both English and Polish Strong communication and organizational skills A team player with a proactive attitude Ability to write effortlessly
