Expected Salary: $17.50/hour + shift differential, depending upon assigned shift

 

What’s Expected of the Recycle position?

Operate shredder and grinders to recycle lineal and die flop scrap from Production. Operate pulverizers to efficiently respond to Materials regrind needs. Fill gaylords with various materials from a variety of sources (pulverizers, silos, bags) Transport gaylords of powder/regrind material to and from extruder lines or other designated areas. Drive forklift to perform work tasks – tow/pull cards, move gaylords, etc., throughout the plant. Keep area clean and organized (clean floors, machines) Adhere to established standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.

What you bring:

Previous industrial manufacturing experience, preferred. Previous forklift certification, preferred. Good computer proficiency with the ability to log into systems and enter data timely and accurately. Good ability to read and understand weights and measures. Good detail orientation, with the ability to review work for accuracy. Good basic math skills. Ability to perform the physical functions of the job.
