Reduced Risk Products (RRP) Brand Manager – Head Office, Mississauga


This position will be responsible for leading RRP Brand and supporting the team with day-to-day projects that support volume and share delivery. The incumbent is expected to have a strong business acumen; ability to assimilate insights and convert them into business opportunities; has an analytical approach to business solutions; is a good communicator; and has a background in marketing or project management.
 

Position: 


As an RRP Brand Manager, you will: 

Able to develop compelling business cases backed by insights, and business rationale.  Craft annual strategic plan (A&SP), actionable brand plans and in-market tactics to achieve set KPIs in line with company and brand objectives for each market. Actively monitor the competitive environment, routinely provide performance updates to leadership team and stakeholders, proactively recommend strategies Work closely and collaboratively with cross functional teams to identify opportunities to ensure ongoing brand engagement and reach consumer and trade in unconventional ways  Ensure business strategies are driven by insights; ensure tracking of Program management; Brand performance with proficiency in Power BI, and data analysis Management of budgets to deliver against financial targets, accounting principles, process guidelines and overall goals. 

    
Requirements: 

 

5-6 years related marketing experience; CPG experience preferred   Bachelor’s degree in marketing business or related field required Proficiency in Power BI, or similar analytic tools Expertise in strategy development  Strong project management skills from idea to execution  Excellent communication and persuasion skills combined with strong leadership and interpersonal skills Industry or like industry knowledge a plus
