We're seeking an experienced associate specialized in Program Management and Artificial Intelligence Solutions to manage strategic projects and promote our data digitalization agenda.
As a Reference Data Associate within the Instrument Reference Data team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and reliability of the firm's critical data. You will collaborate with global teams across Operations/Business, Product, Technology & Controls to ensure solutions are designed and implemented in a true End-To-End fashion. You will also promote the agenda to move towards digitalization by identifying and delivering on AI solutions for existing processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end change projects, business analysis, and testing for instrument operationsEnsure proper controls are in place to reduce financial risksSupport strategic projects in partnership with operations and technology partners for seamless change adoptionDrive and deliver process optimization projects to reduce operations manual touchpoints using new and innovative tools, including but not limited to UI Path, Owl DQ, and AlteryxCoordinate client, market, or regulatory-driven projects and programs impacting operationsPartner with the technology and operations teams to deliver changes to our production environmentDrive the agenda to move towards digitalization by identifying and delivering AI solutions for existing processesRequired qualifications, skills and capabilities:
You must have 5+ years of experienceMust hold a bachelor's degree or above Demonstrate strategic thinking with respect to data, technology, and risk & controlUtilize agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence effectivelyPrioritize tasks efficiently to manage tight deadlines and unexpected change requestsApply strong analytical and problem-solving skillsBe proactive and self-motivated with independent process ownership and accountabilityFoster connections by putting people first and building trusted relationshipsHold Project Management Professional (PMP) qualificationPossess knowledge of instrument reference data and core financial productsIntegrate fun as a way of being and working
