Reference Data Services, Associate 2

Who we are looking for

An effective and self-motivated team player who can work under tight deadlines and able to perform duties under minimum supervision. Prior working knowledge on Reference data services would be an added advantage.

Why this role is important to us

The team you will be joining is a part of Reference Data Services which is key to the success of overall service delivery to the clients. The team is involved in setting up and validation of securities of various asset types and setting up of other static data . The team also interacts with various internal and external stake holders to ensure timely and accurate services to the clients across all regions.

What you will be responsible for

As a team member of Reference Data Services you will

Work within a team of operations professionals responsible for all aspects of Reference Data processing and reviewsAdhere to procedures and complete all tasks in accurate and timely manner.Act as key day to day contact for internal and external stakeholders, work to resolve issues, and recommend process improvementsLearn and develop subject matter expertise related to Reference Data and proactively seek out ways to identify and address inefficienciesAct with sense of ownership and accountability within the team and broader organization

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a Business-related major preferred2+ yr. experience in Reference Data services, Equity, Fixed Income, derivatives, Trade processing or trade monitoringPreferred System experience: GTM, RKS, Bloomberg, Reuters, DTCCWorking knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsStrong English language verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Additional requirements

Should be willing to work in either APAC, EMEA and US shifts
