Reference Data Services Analyst is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.

Responsibilities:

Perform trend analysis and identifying root causes Implementing or suggesting solutions based on the root cause analysisLiaise with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediatedProvide a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholdersProvide tangible metrics to ManagementWorking on shift: 15:00-23:00 or 16:00-00:00

Qualifications:

Fluent English (written&spoken)Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheet as an assetManaging various data remediation work streams Projects KnowledgeAble to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escalateExperience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environmentTakes ownership of allocated work and is accountableBachelor’s/University degree or financial services related qualifications as an asset
