Reference Data Services Intmd Analyst - C11 - TAGUIG
The Reference Data Services Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams. **Job Description** This is senior analyst position within the MAC Documentation Operations Unit. Ensuring that onboarding activities of new Citi legal vehicles/Master agreement types (projects/initiatives) as requested by Citi businesses globally (Legal/Markets/Private banking etc.) are within the MDO service scope/operating agreement and successfully bringing it to completion (E2E). This process is required prior to MDO ops teams fully supporting the processing of trading legal agreements which should be completed in a timely manner with a primary focus on data quality support of global contract negotiations and trades which includes document review, data entry, exception reporting along with document scanning and document warehousing for various legal documents, including International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), Securities Financing Transactions (SFT), and other incoming MA types for MDO to service **Qualifications** The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years’ experience with similar data management tasks in a large office setting and have experience in a data processing field that requires 100% data accuracy. The candidate must be detail oriented, be able to interpret, follow strict rules and procedures and be able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines and be involved in key projects for the unit. In addition, he/she must be able to work independently with limited oversight and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as the job requires extensive interaction with internal legal representatives as well as internal clients in other areas of the firm. It is a requirement of the position that the candidate have demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers, to include applications of Microsoft 365, and the ability to learn and use various proprietary in-house systems including web-based programs and the like. **Competencies:** + Strong analytical skills.
