As a Referral Communications Clerk at White Deer Run some of the duties performed are:

Responsible for processing admissions and discharge charts daily Send admission letters to appropriate parties Send discharge letters to appropriate parties and complete appropriate discharge paperwork Collect, correlate and provide Clinical updates on Clients to Referral Sources, Courts, Legals, etc. Coordinate treatment and aftercare to Referral Sources, Courts, Legals, etc Call aftercare agencies Adhere to appropriate HIPPA laws
