Description
The referral coordinator plays a key role in the daily operations of our office. Be ready for a fast-paced environment with heavy phone interaction, a lot of multi-tasking, and to love the relationships you'll be building with our clients and caregivers. Previous experience in home care is preferred. 

Essential Functions

Assist clientele with caregiver referrals based on their requested services needs Develop strong relationships with caregivers and clients to ensure outstanding client satisfaction. Participate in the caregiver recruitment and screening process. Conduct telephone intakes with new and/or potential clients. Perform initial home visit with potential clients to explain referral services, and obtain signed intake document as needed. Participate in internal audits of files to meet all company, state, and federal quality and compliance standards. Complete marketing home visits with new/existing clients as needed. Required to be on-call on a rotating basis. Perform other duties as assigned.

Nurturing ability (caring, empathetic, compassionate) Human services background or strong desire to help others Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, coordinate, and plan for daily, weekly, and on-going referrals -Strong organizational skills and detail oriented; good documentation skills Intermediate level of computer skills to include knowledge of Microsoft Office Reliable transportation is needed  Successful completion of a criminal background check and driving record is required.
