Job Summary
Under general direction, coordinates referral requests and communication of appointments using general clerical and customer service skills including, but not limited to, organizing requests from multiple locations, obtaining pre-authorizations, and communicating status of appointments.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have at least one year of medical office experience.
Previous referral coordinator experience preferred.
