MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

Provides outpatient assistance to MediCard members through issuance of referral forms, seek approval for lab/diagnostic request, answering inquiries and reporting admissions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Issuance of referral form for outpatient consultation.
• Seek approval from CMG for laboratory and diagnostic exam requests from accredited physicians.
• Handle patient inquiries regarding benefits/procedure on availment of services and the like.
• Distribute doctor’s cheques.
• Prepare monthly census report and submit them to the immediate superior.
• Requisition of supplies (forms, office supplies)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Graduate of BS Nursing or any related medical allied courses
• Experience: Preferably with at least 6 months experience
• Other skills: Customer service, verbal and written communication skills
