Job Description

In this role, you will build and maintain a country-specific referral network in different therapeutic indications.

Office-Based in Vienna, Austria

You will:

Search and select Referring Centers and Investigators and provide training and ongoing support to them on the referral processImplement the country-specific referral process related guidelines and trainings for Referring PhysiciansPrepare, conduct and report qualification visits to Referring Centers as well as further visits of the Centers, on demandOrganize effective meetings with Referring Physicians, write minutes and follow-up on action itemsSupport Referring Physicians and their staff to ensure proper and accurate task performanceMaintain referral process-specific documentation

QualificationsCollege or University Degree in Life Science or healthcare field2-4 years of clinical research experience as Clinical MonitorPrior experience in communication with Key Opinion Leaders as CRA/Senior CRAFull working proficiency in German and English Ability to communicate effectively with Investigators and Study NursesAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentPC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
