We are seeking a Reflections Coordinator to lead and oversee our memory care program at Fellowship Square, a mission-driven assisted living organization dedicated to providing exceptional care for seniors, particularly those with dementia and memory-related conditions.
In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling staff, ensuring high-quality resident care, and collaborating with other departments to create a supportive and enriching environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise caregiving staff, ensuring compassionate and effective care.Oversee resident care needs, respond to changes in condition, and act as a liaison for families and providers.Coordinate with Life Enrichment, Dining, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.Train staff on dementia-related behaviors, interventions, and best practices.Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.Monitor staffing, schedules, and budgets to maintain operational efficiency.Support resident activities, family support groups, and community outreach. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2 years in health-related fields, dementia care, or supervisory roles.Certification: State-approved Medication Administration training and First Aid certification required.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge: Familiarity with dementia care, infection control, and regulatory compliance.Why Join Us?
