The Role
BGIS has been successful in securing a Maintenance contract for a major retail chain and is now seeking Refrigeration / HVAC + R Technicians.

This role is based in Canberra, ACT.

Assemble, install, test, and maintain heating, cooling and refrigeration equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously. Maintenance work on cooling units such as cool rooms, freezers, condensers, evaporators etc. Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions. Inspect and maintain refrigerators and chilled water supply systems as required. Inspect and maintain the BMS.

Skills and Experience

Cert 3 - Air Conditioning & Refrigeration  ARCtick Licence Driving Licence White Card Refrigeration Experience (Desired)
