Refrigeration Service Repairman
Position Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Refrigeration Service Repairman to join our team in our Springfield Assembly Plant. This position is responsible for troubleshooting/diagnosing/repairing all types of Industrial HVACR systems including (but not limited to) Commercial Rooftop HVAC Package units, Centrifugal Chillers, Computer Room precision HVAC systems, Industrial Air Dryers, Production Process Equipment and Controls, Vacuum pumps, Pneumatic Logic controls, Ice Machines, Infra-Red humidifiers, Gas and Electric Heat, Heat Pumps, Ultra-Low temp freezers, Refrigeration units, mobile ‘MVAC-Like appliances’ such as Tractors, Spotter Trucks and more. Must be able to work any shift. Starting hourly rate of $35.02/hour, plus 6% shift differential (2nd or 3rd shift), paid overtime and excellent benefits. Responsibilities Must possess fluent knowledge and demonstrated competence/safe work practices with Industrial Electrical power systems, relay logic, digital control systems and all associated test equipment/tooling. Implement procedures/methods to inspect equipment and proactively perform predictive failure analysis to optimize uptime. Maintain Safe work environment/practices at all times. Must possess excellent Electrical and Mechanical skills. Perform PM diagnostic tests and make recommendations to optimize equipment life cycle. Must be thoroughly acquainted with tools/equipment and up-to-date procedures associated with changing trends in HVACR craft. Minimum Requirements Eight years of Industrial/Commercial HVACR experience Ability to pass written and practical tests Must be 18 years old or older Must have a High School Diploma or GED Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
