The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration systems, with expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and pre-tripping **Thermo King** and **Carrier** units. As a key member of our technical team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our refrigeration systems, contributing to smooth operations and excellent service delivery. **Key Responsibilities** : + **Install, maintain, and repair** various types of refrigeration systems, including commercial and industrial units. + Perform **routine inspections** and **preventative maintenance** to ensure optimal system performance and extend the life of equipment. + **Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues** with refrigeration systems, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime. + **Collaborate with other technicians and engineers** to troubleshoot complex problems and develop innovative solutions to enhance system reliability. + Adhere to **safety protocols and industry regulations** while working on refrigeration systems to ensure safe operations. + Provide exceptional **customer service** by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. **Qualifications** **Required Skills and Qualifications** : + Proven experience working with **refrigeration systems** , including **Thermo King** and **Carrier** units. + Strong diagnostic and repair skills, particularly in both mechanical and electrical systems. + Experience with commercial and industrial refrigeration units and systems. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. + Solid understanding of **safety protocols** and industry regulations in refrigeration. + Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members. + Valid Driver’s License + Experience with reading and understanding computer generated work orders + Willingness to obtain Forklift Certification + Ability to lift 50 pounds. + Comfortable with working alone and/or with minimal supervision + EPA Certification + Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening. + The Federal Rail Administration sets and enforces safety regulations and standards for railroad operations. Use of cannabis is strictly prohibited.
