This position provides business area planning across the Resettlement Programs Office development of services and support for new arrivals placed in Minnesota through various resettlement pathways. Highest priority will be the development and coordination of a statewide service navigation helpline and the coordination of programs and community outreach and engagement initiatives for refugees and immigrants across the state. The incumbent works closely with partners, work groups, community-based organizations, and other implementation teams to gather input needed to manage operation changes and needed initiatives. This position requires skills to develop and continually improve work processes and support service outcomes with awareness of immediate effects on customer satisfaction. **Minimum Qualifications** One (1) year professional experience in managing large projects, community outreach initiatives or navigating call centers. **OR** Three (3) years experience assisting with the planning or implementing of a large projects or community outreach initiatives. **AND** Experience must clearly demonstrate: · Knowledge of economic assistance programs · Knowledge of call center platforms, such as ConnectPath **Preferred Qualifications** + Excellent oral communication skills sufficient to mobilize action to achieve goals, advise others, facilitate meetings, make presentations, and negotiate disputes. + Written communication skills sufficient to convey goals, expectations, and assignments, solicit input, write reports, letters, and other formal work products. + Negotiation and mediation skills sufficient to achieve agreement and understanding of shared goals and expectations. + Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures. + Knowledge of budgeting, contracting and grant managing. **Additional Requirements** To facilitate proper crediting, please ensure that your resume clearly describes your experience in the areas listed and indicates the beginning and ending month and year for each job held.
