Physical Requirements The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting, standing, walking, with some pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects weighing up to 10lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects up to 50lbs. Shift Monday – Friday, Day Shift; primarily 8:00AM – 5:00PM (40 hrs/wk); other hours/schedule as needed. Job Summary This role leads the delivery of advanced nutritional care and education across ambulatory clinics. This role serves as a key resource for both patients and staff, evaluating nutritional needs, developing personalized care plans, and managing specialized nutrition therapies, as necessary. Acting as a liaison between providers and care teams, this role ensures seamless communication and coordination to support high-quality patient outcomes.

In addition to patient care, this position drives ambulatory nutrition initiatives and mentors staff through onboarding, training, and peer evaluations. It supports administrative processes like documentation, supply coordination, and compliance with insurance and medical record standards. Focused on continuous improvement, it also develops disease-specific protocols, creates educational materials, and provides ongoing guidance to patients, interns, and care teams to advance nutrition practices and promote long-term health.
