**Overview:**
Responsible for direct supervision and leading, coaching and developing Installation Supervisors. Responsible for team performance in the areas of: installation planning and execution, installation quality, timely and accurate reporting, new hire training, team building, employee engagement, capacity planning and customer support coordination. Works directly with counterpart in Project Management on time and in full project execution. Adheres to quality standards and policy to ensure team executes efficient and effective installations while engaging the customer and maximizing profitability. This individual will directly supervise 2-3 employees and be indirectly responsible for 15-30 employees.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Recruits** , hires, onboards, manages, and develops Integration Supervisor(s).
+ **Assists** Installation Supervisors with team growth, technical skills development, talent development, recruiting, engagement, and overall performance of Installation Team within a region.
+ **Responsible** for regional assignment, prioritization, and accomplishment of Installation tasks. **Directs** team to meet assigned goals using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
+ **Collaborates** with outside vendors and ensures quality system requirements are met.
+ **Regionally Drives** functional capability within team to ensure all team members are trained to all products.
+ **Creates and manages** processes that aligns team to BU strategy in providing the best possible experience for internal and external customers.
+ **Monitors** regional capability and **develops** plans and actions necessary to maintain existing capability.
+ **Assists** with development of plans to expand capability to support BU strategy.
+ **Accountable for assessing** installation projects with the goal of facilitating staffing, resolving resource allocation **conflicts** , and monitoring employee **utilization** on installation projects that will generate the highest business value aligned with the prioritization process.
+ **Accountable** for ensuring accurate records of equipment installation and associated activities within region.
+ **Utilizes** information and **analyzes trends to** drives improvement opportunities within function.
+ **Implements** effective communications management strategies to senior management with specific emphasis on business objectives delivery, efficient resource deployment, effective risk and issue management.
+ **Responsible** for effective meeting management and group facilitation activities for programs/projects in function.
+ Regionally **collaborate** with functional counterparts to to ensure all customer issues are resolved at provided timelines.
+ **Collaborates** with functional counterparts to to identify potential gaps with current processes and systems across value stream and partners to **create** and **drive** solutions.
+ **Partners** with regional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction remains at high levels and hosts **customer conversations** as needed.
+ **Drives** actions to cross train resources in other functional areas to ensure optimal functional coverage.
+ Collaborates with other departments in the development and improvement of products and processes; this may include preparation/update of documentation, streamlining installation processes, and formal presentation of technical data to management and/or peers.
+ **Regionally manage** P&L process for regional installation team. Drives actionable plans from financial performance to maximize regional success.
+ Develops processes and procedures to ensure identical installation and integration practices at different locations in order to ensure consistency and serviceability.
+ Collaborates with other regions and functions to identify gaps with current installation and integration practices and proposes and implements solutions.
+ **Responds** to internal and external customers inquiries and request for service. **Ensures** effective communication with customers regarding project quality and outcomes.
+ **Effectively builds** relationships with internal and external business partners to provide outstanding customer service experience. **Communicates** lessons learned and **proactively provides** feedback to cross-functional partners to improve business processes.
+ **Accountable** for the quality of installation. **Ensures** team compliance with installation and integration documentation procedures and standards.
+ **Ensure the implementation** of Quality Management strategies and templates for function. May support Quality Management System actions including Nonconformance and Corrective & Preventative Actions.
+ Must be able to travel to 30-40% to support team and projects in the field.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Heavy work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
+ Must be able to utilize equipment including ladders, chain hoists, material lifts, and pallet jacks.
+ Must be able to climb ladders, work within confined spaces, and above ceiling.
+ Must have near visual acuity (corrected) color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity.
+ Must be able to communicate effectively with intrapersonal communication skills.
+ Must be able to communicate effectively via cell phone, text, and email.
+ Must be able to travel via commercial airline.
+ Must maintain state issued Driver’s License and be able to safely operate a motor vehicle.
+ Ability to work with large pieces of construction and medical equipment.

+ Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, product appearance, etc.).
+ Must be able to generate and explain detailed forecasts, guidelines and procedures.
+ Must be able to follow and explain detailed installation instruction and inspection procedures.
+ Must be able to complete detailed documentation accurately
+ Must be able analyze projects, determine priorities, and make decisions.
+ Ability to think critically to resolve project roadblocks pertaining to environmental or infrastructure challenges within the appropriate guidelines and safety standards. Must be able to be a part of the solution process.
+ Ability to interact appropriately with a variety of individuals including customers and internal partners.
+ Ability to read, navigate, and comprehend installation and technical manuals and project documents with acute attention to detail.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
**Skills/Experience Required:**
+ 6 –8 years related experience in Medical Device, Capital Installation, Engineering, Project Management or Construction Industry.
+ ·Prior experience supervising and leading individuals and teams required.
+ Understanding of majority of Stryker Communications Products.
+ Remains current on professional certifications (e.g. OSHA.) and Stryker SLMS training.
+ Able to fulfill credentialing requirements for Customer Site and Hospital access.
**Education/Training Required:**
+ Bachelor’s degree (B. S or B.A) required.
