D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Region Online Sales Manager. The right candidate will will oversee the region’s Online Sales Concierges (OSCs) and provide training, motivation and support. Responsible for compliance and following region/division procedures. Specialize in the process of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) converting online leads to onsite traffic/sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage OSCs that support the divisions in the regionSupport the Division Vice President of Sales and Sales Managers with hiring, training and managing day-to-day operations of the OSC TeamOversee and direct the workflow of the OSC TeamDevelop new lead generation capabilities to increase OSC leadsEducate OSC Team members in available communities, product, amenities and other featuresEnsure team members have current knowledge of all internal policies and proceduresCreate, update and roll out OSC processes Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunitiesConvert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales RepresentativesProvide weekly reports to region management regarding online traffic and scheduled appointmentsManage additional reporting, analytics and insight on performanceShop division OSCs to evaluate performanceParticipate in region/division marketing meetings to maintain current knowledge of potential and future sales opportunitiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge with trends in the homebuilding industryConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to travel

Associate degree from a two-year college or technical schoolFive years of related experience and/or trainingStrong customer service skillsPossess exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral visionThe noise level is generally moderate
