Region\nUnbilled Champion

As a Region Unbilled AR Champion here at Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS),\nyou will play a crucial role in championing unbilled accounts receivables\nwithin your designated region. You will be responsible for driving the accurate\nand timely processing of project billing, ensuring compliance with accounting\npolicies and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to\nresolve Unbilled discrepancies and issues.

You will report directly to our Global Unbilled AR Leader and you will work out\nof our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial performance\nof your region by minimizing unbilled balances, improving cash flow, and\nmaintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

•   Champion the unbilled accounts receivable\nfunction within your region
•   Drive the accurate and timely\nprocessing of unbilled balances
•   Ensure compliance with accounting\npolicies and procedures
•   Collaborate with cross-functional\nteams to resolve unbilled discrepancies and issues
•   Monitor and analyze unbilled AR\nbalances and aging within your region and providing Global Unbilled Leader with\nperiodic analysis and forecasting
•   Develop and implement strategies to\nminimize unbilled balances and improve cash flow


Key requirements:

•   Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in functional\nsupport role / project control / project admin or related roles
•  Bachelor's\ndegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•   Attention to detail and ability to\nanalyze financial data
•   Proficiency in using accounting\nsoftware and Microsoft Excel
•   Excellent communication and\ninterpersonal skills, business fluent in written and spoken English
