Job Description*This is a remote field-based position. Candidates from alternative southeastern cities are encouraged to apply.
The Regional Account Director (RAD) is a trusted account professional and team member responsible for the adoption of a drug-device combination product in the Heart Failure space, within IDN’s across the country. The opportunity is suited for entrepreneurial sales professionals that enjoy building and executing creative strategies in organized systems of care. The RAD delivers high impact program management to secure product access as well as effective information gathering, product messaging, and implementation education to key HCPs, Pharmacy, C-Suite, and system influencers. Our commercialization strategy is full IDN adoption through workflow implementation- not a traditional physician by physician sale. As Health System Experts, the RAD’s leverage their institutional relationships, presentation and communication expertise, and creative solutions to execute uptake of our unique product solution through developing workflows aimed at reducing admissions, readmissions, and length of stay by routing a portion of these, otherwise admitted, heart failure patients to home. The RAD’s role is field-based, and most of the time is spent in the field calling on Heart Failure Cardiologists, clinical Leadership, pharmacy leadership, and IDN leadership.

QualificationsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Education Bachelor’s degree requiredExperience Cardiovascular, EMR, and CHF experience in IDN, hospital or clinic setting, 5 years minimum. IDN selling experience and relationships within the bio/pharmaceutical and Cardiovascular specialty preferred, with proven performance and success.Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills ability translate and communicate technical/scientific concepts to key stakeholders.Exceptional organization and time management skills. Familiar with PHRMA & Sunshine Act Reporting requirements. Candidates must possess the ability to operate in compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies.Licenses/Certificate – Valid driver’s license Technology/Equipment Microsoft Suite of programs proficientPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
