The purpose of the Regional Account Executive is to manage a regional territory and deliver strong sales results. The territory is Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia. This position will be in-store Tuesday- Saturday. Sundays as needed for events.
Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales goals set forth by companyManage all aspects of regional territory including freelance educatorsSchedule and execute formal and express trainingsService each door based on business needs and trendsAnalyze sales results and react accordinglyConduct effective in store business meetingsEnsure merchandising and marketing standards are adhered to according to company guidelinesCoordinate and execute in store events and promotions?Monitor and communicate stock levels/space and location concernsCommunicate with peers and supervisor regarding accounts, priorities, concernsManage and adhere to travel & expense budgetStay aware of competitorsLead by exampleProfessional Characteristics
The preferred candidate will demonstrate mature, seasoned judgment.? Further this individual is able to work independently to make sound business decisions and can accurately balance risks with business needs.? This person must be extremely hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment, consistently serving as Brand Ambassador. A strong sense of responsibility for customer experience on all levels is necessary.
Base Compensation: 75,000-85,000
