**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a **Regional Account Executive** to join our subsidiary, Full Circle Restoration, based in Duluth, GA. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive growth and build lasting relationships in an energetic, fast-paced environment. As the primary sales driver, you will be at the forefront of developing new client partnerships, nurturing existing accounts, and executing strategic sales initiatives. Success in this role requires an individual with exceptional relationship-building skills, a strategic sales mindset, and the ability to think on their feet.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Account-Level Sales & Growth**
+ Identify and prospect potential clients; plan and document sales strategies.
+ Develop and execute sales and marketing tactics to meet company goals.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the face of the company to field engineers and key decision-makers.
+ Conduct professional sales calls, discuss disaster plans, recommend services, and provide follow-up support.
+ Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies to enhance our market presence.
**Job-Level Sales & Growth**
+ Monitor upcoming job opportunities and communicate progress.
+ Collaborate with Estimators and Project Managers to secure and expand job scopes.
+ Assist with customer service needs and troubleshoot any project-related concerns.
**Sales & Marketing Support**
+ Deploy creative and innovative sales materials to engage potential clients.
+ Draft high-quality sales communications, proposals, and client letters.
+ Participate in tradeshows, conferences, and client events to enhance brand visibility.
+ Support cross-functional teams, contributing to the overall success of client relationship management and marketing initiatives.
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**
**Additional Responsibilities:**
+ Contribute to corporate financial objectives by ensuring profitable project outcomes.
+ Continuously learn and develop knowledge of Full Circle Restoration’s services, technologies, and processes.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
+ 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or client services.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to engage and influence.
+ Self-driven with a knack for working independently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to travel up to 10%.
