Your Mission\:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional A/C Manager to join our team. This key role will be based in either Bloemfontein or Johannesburg and will support the Northern Cape & Free State regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key distributors and multiple end-user segments, with a strong focus on technical acumen in Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems.

·  Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

·  Manage and support key distributors and end-user segments, ensuring effective market penetration and customer satisfaction.

·  Provide technical expertise in MV/LV systems to support sales activities and customer engagements.

·  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

·  Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop action plans to drive growth.

·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

·  Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
