**Position Summary**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Regional Account Manager** to join our Nestlé Channel Sales and Coffee Operations team within the Nestlé Professional business. This role is field based covering the Midlands region with travel.
Nestlé Professional is our Business-to-Business food service arm, specialising in Out of Home food and beverage solutions with a big focus on our coffee portfolio. Within the Channel Sales and Coffee Operations team we offer an unrivalled portfolio of renowned coffee brands including ‘We Proudly Serve’ STARBUCKS, NESCAFE, and SEATTLES BEST COFFEE. In addition, we also have a range of food solutions which include brands such as MAGGI and GARDEN GOURMET.

**A day in the life of a Regional Account Manager ...**
This is an incredibly exciting and diverse role, in which you will be responsible for driving new business and growing our relationships with some of our biggest Foodservice partners across a diverse range of out of home channels such as Workplace, College & University, Healthcare, Defence and more. This role is a unique opportunity to truly blend key customer management with fast paced new business development and to be a leading contributor to delivering on the ambitious growth plans within the Nestlé Professional team.
You will have the opportunity to develop critical experiences which will enable you to accelerate your commercial career towards potential further opportunities in the years ahead.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Driving new business growth through the development of a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
+ Work with key customers (regional operations teams and unit level contacts) to forge and grow strong working relationships which deliver profitable sales growth.
+ Working closely with the Channel Leads and Contract Catering team to drive new business development across key out of home customers
+ Working with the Training and Mobilisation team to ensure the first-class execution of Nestlé Professional beverage solutions to brand standard.
+ Management of all internal steps and processes vs. customer expectations to deliver the sale.
+ Build winning relationships through effective stakeholder management – both internal and external.
+ Monitoring and analysing customer performance, identifying trends to support the accurate forecasting of business performance.
+ Management of all associated spend and investment.
**What will make you successful?**
You will have already demonstrated successful performance within sales and will be passionate about building high value customer relationships, be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and have a strong and determined focus on delivering results.
You will be self-driven and able to demonstrate your experience of delivering new business wins vs. stretching targets. Your ability to adapt your communication style to a broad range of decision makers, be resilient in the face of challenging situations and be able to influence both internally and externally will be key.
A good knowledge and understanding of both the out of home channel and the coffee industry would be advantageous.
