Your Mission\:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional A/C Manager to join our team. This key role will be based in Cape town and will support the Western Cape regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key distributors and multiple end-user segments, with a strong focus on technical acumen in Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems.

·  Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

·  Manage and support key distributors and end-user segments, ensuring effective market penetration and customer satisfaction.

·  Provide technical expertise in MV/LV systems to support sales activities and customer engagements.

·  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

·  Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop action plans to drive growth.

·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

·  Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
