Regional Administrator

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Toro as the Regional Administrator – APAC Region where you will be a pivotal part of the team to ensure seamless operational and communication responsibilities to support designated managers and staff across multiple time zones and various levels of the organization.  With a focus on supporting select stakeholders, you will be a self- starter, have strong analytical skills and a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality to support the team across the Asia business

Responsibilities include

Analysis of sales utilizing SAP, Sales Force and Power BI and associated apps

Preparing correspondence on behalf of the Director APAC, and other senior managers engaged with the Asia Regional business, and following up, as necessary. This includes drafting letters and reports, some of which may be extremely sensitive and confidential.

Managing sensitive information with the utmost discretion and always maintaining confidentiality

Developing presentation materials to support the Director and team as requested

Conducting research, creating, and maintaining information databases and spreadsheet files, and providing analysis and reports when needed

Coordinate employee recognition and gifts, including Service Awards, donations, etc.

Establishing policies, procedures, and systems to ensure productive and efficient operations related to the Asia business.

Organizing programs, events and conferences as directed, including issuing invitations, coordinator resources and managing budgets.

Preparing and coordinating import/export documents for distributor activities, including pro forma invoices, certificates of analysis, certificates of origin, and certificates of quantity & quality. Ensuring that all documents are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Entering plan and projection data into OneStream and supporting financial reporting requirements.

This position requires some international travel, candidates must be eligible to travel abroad.

Fluency in English.

Desirable

Either Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai or Malay to communicate with our diverse client base is desirable.
