In addition to your competitive salary, we offer market-leading benefits and perks: + A selection of comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans + 401k with 100% match up to 6%, immediately vested upon enrollment + Potential opportunity to participate in NPE Employee Ownership Program + Scholarships and paid professional development + Robust Reimbursement Programs: Childcare, Tuition, Wellness, Cellphone + $2,000 annual HRA and HSA contribution + Parental Paid Leave + Living Generously program with 100% charitable contribution match **What You-ll Do** + Development project budget tracking + Participation, coordination, and task management in weekly project and regional meetings both internal and external + Compile project related material for transactional closings, RFP-s, investment memos and other Development presentations + Create AIA contracts, Master Service Agreements, Designer/Engineering agreements and other contracts + Compile expense reports and draw submission for bank review + Review and process sub-contractor documentation (invoices, Pay-Apps, etc.) + Help manage calendars to make travel, meeting, and event arrangements + Maintain electronic filing system + Manage development platform databases + Sensitivity to confidential matters + Work with various departments internally and externally + Maintain ongoing knowledge of up-to-date real estate and development documents and laws + Run office errands; the Post Office, banks, client/vendor offices, managed property and any other requested location pertaining to the office needs **Are you passionate about pushing the limits?
