**C.H. Robinson is looking for a Regional Air Freight Pricing Manager Asia -** and that could be you! In this exciting role, you will be responsible for overall pricing of RFQ submissions for the region, in alignment with Country Airfreight, Commercial and other regional/global business pricing strategies. Drives quality pricing for key RFQs, rates review or extension exercises, with the support of pricing tools and mechanisms, to ensure profitable growth, increased market share and development of a balanced business portfolio.

**Responsibilities:**
The main duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Develops and implements AFR Pricing/Commercial strategy for RFQs and targeted customers/market segments/trade lanes which supports overall AFR Product strategy and service standards.
+ Establishes effective/competitive regional pricing solutions, internal tariff management and pricing process efficiencies, working closely with our local and other regions’ AFR and Commercial teams.
+ Executes Sales/Pricing campaigns in alignment with AFR and commercial strategy.
+ Supports AFR global/regional pricing and tariff related projects/initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
+ Drives strategic customer development, pricing negotiation and improvement initiatives.
+ Implements analytical reporting tools to manage RFQ pricing and profitable business gains/ retention.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ University Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
+ At least 8 years professional background in the freight forwarding industry at managerial level.
+ At least 8 years of experience in a complex matrix organization.
+ Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Additional language competency which supports duties and responsibilities will be of added value.
+ Good knowledge of air freight market and logistics/supply chain industry.
+ Demonstrates strong business acumen, strategic orientation, relationship building, negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong customer knowledge on RFQs, pricing and contractual management.
+ Committed to deliver effective performance under pressure and demanding situations.
+ Values a diverse and inclusive work environment.
+ Proficient analytical skills in usage of Microsoft Office/Excel functionalities.
