We are seeking an experienced Regional APAC Professional Services Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of professional services across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role will be responsible for managing service engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence within the professional services organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, cloud, or IT services, along with excellent leadership and customer management skills.
What You’ll Do
Service Delivery Leadership: Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of professional services projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, timelines, and business objectives.
Project Management: Lead project planning, resource allocation, and risk management for multiple service engagements across the APAC region.
Customer Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring successful service delivery, handling escalations, and fostering long-term relationships.
Operational Excellence: Define and implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professional services engineers and consultants across multiple APAC locations, ensuring high levels of motivation, collaboration, and performance.
Revenue Growth & Utilization: Drive professional services revenue by optimizing team utilization, identifying upsell opportunities, and supporting business development efforts.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product management, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), and internal policies while maintaining accurate reporting and metrics.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of experience in professional services, service delivery, or consulting within the IT, cloud, or networking industries.
Leadership: Proven experience in managing regional teams, driving service excellence, and delivering complex projects across multiple geographies.
Technical Skills: Understanding of networking, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or managed services. Hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments is a plus.
Project Management: Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.).
Customer-Focused: Strong customer engagement skills with a proven ability to handle escalations and ensure client success.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in an additional APAC language (Mandarin, Japanese, etc.) is a plus.
Travel: Willingness to travel across the APAC region as needed (up to 30-50%).
