As the Regional Application Sales Manager (Aftermarket), you will oversee sales of Bradley products within a designated region or major geographic area, focusing on building relationships, growing market share, and driving revenue for the Aftermarket channel. Under the direction of the Director of Sales, you will implement strategic sales initiatives, manage a network of independent sales representatives, and contribute to the annual planning and development of new business opportunities.
You Will:
Achieve yearly sales goals and profit margins for the Aftermarket channel.
Manage a group of independent sales representatives in a defined territory.
Develop, implement, and measure annual sales strategies, goals, and quotas for both product classes and distribution partners.
Build awareness and grow product specifications by training sales reps and customers on Bradley products and procedures.
Identify and cultivate strong relationships with targeted distributors, OEMs, national accounts, and other key market players.
Serve as the lead salesperson for key targets, documenting customer requirements and promoting a customer-centric mindset.
Maintain sales forecasts, construction schedules, and scorecards, leveraging multi-media strategies (e.g., sales calls, webinars, e-blasts) to engage potential clients.
Launch new products and coordinate with marketing to develop sales programs and incentives.
Produce and deliver sales reports to the representative force and evaluate market potential for Bradley products.
Participate in trade shows and present periodic territory reports to management.
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of sales experience, demonstrating success in building relationships and meeting revenue goals.
Proven ability to identify key targets, make cold calls, and effectively grow business in a bid spec or construction-related market (preferred).
Strong relationship-management skills, particularly with distributors and national accounts.
Willingness to travel up to 65%.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Proven capacity to prioritize and plan work activities, set objectives, and develop realistic action plans.
