Your role

The Regional Artwork Coordination Manager leads a team of Artwork Coordination Experts managing and coordinating packaging artwork development and modifications E2E for company brands for all countries and packaging sites, including third-party contract manufacturers when applicable. This role demands a strong understanding of artwork processes, a customer and patient focus, and the ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams to deliver projects within a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities are to serve as main contact for artwork matters, ensuring effective communication and support among all artwork stakeholders.

He also ensures artwork compliance with GxP standards, collaborates on deviations, and maintain audit readiness, whilst ensuring timely delivery, maintaining databases, and supporting strategic projects.

 

Who you are

Academic degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum 5 years experience in artwork operations in pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.Profound understanding of artwork processesKnowledge of packaging manufacturing and regulatory affairs.Extensive knowledge of GxP regulations for Biopharma and Medical Devices.Fluent in English and French, German, or Spanish; additional languages are a plus.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and project management skills.Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues in an international environment.
