As an Associate Recruiter within our Talent Acquisition team, you will collaborate with hiring managers to enhance decision-making processes and decrease time-to-hire. You will oversee high-volume end-to-end recruiting processes for various clients in the Latin America region, source and evaluate candidates extensively, and develop strong talent pipelines. You will employ AI-powered sourcing tools to optimize efficiency, coordinate interviews across different time zones, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Furthermore, you will monitor recruiting metrics, work closely with HR for seamless onboarding, and deliver regular updates on hiring processes.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Partner with hiring managers to streamline decision-making processes and reduce time-to-hire.Manage high-volume end to end recruiting processes for different clients in LATAM region.Source and review candidates at scale through multiple channels, including direct outreach, job boards, and referral programs.Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure continuous high-quality candidate flow.Utilize AI-powered sourcing tools and automation to maximize efficiency and hiring output.Coordinate and schedule interviews monthly across multiple time zones.Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience despite high-volume operations.Track and report on key recruiting metrics.Collaborate with other HR related areas to ensure smooth onboarding.Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain pipeline velocity.Provide regular updates on hiring processes and forecasts.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.3+ years of experience in full life cycle talent acquisition at a fast paced corporate environment or talent acquisition agency.Fluent in English.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of MS Office package (mainly PowerPoint and Excel).Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize.
