The Regional Associate VP, West Region is responsible for directing the overall efforts of the Sharp Business Systems market on the West Coast. Responsibilities include directing the efforts of sales, service, and operations activities, growing revenue, and profit for each branch, directing and implementing corporate initiatives in the field, and ensuring all operations are fully compliant with Sharp Electronics’ business strategies, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities Full oversight and accountability of all aspects relating to marketplace performance including sales, service, customer experience, and administration.Overall profitability and growth strategies of each market within the region.Full Profit & Loss understanding and development of specific action steps to ensure markets are maximizing profitability and overall customer experience.Direct leadership development and supervision of Branch Presidents/GMs/BMs.Indirect supervision of next-level sales and service managers at the branch level.Dotted line responsibility for oversight of Branch Controllers and Finance resources.Strategic planning to expand individual market share by branch.Advocate, implement, and execute SBA operating model.Validate marketing plan activities and overall go-to-market strategy for each region.Marketplace adherence to corporate policy and procedure.Resolution of high-level customer-related questions or concerns in all marketplaces.Partner with regional and corporate Human Resources staff to ensure quality staffing and proactive recruiting for all high-level regional positions.Assist with high-level prospecting and attracting new major account clients. Participate in all acquisition activities within the region.Ensure implementation and adoption of all best operational practices and new sales initiatives throughout the region Qualifications Minimum 15 years of leadership / managerial experience, preferably within the industry.Candidates should reside on the West Coast, however, must have the ability and willingness to travel up to 80% to branch locations, as well as to SEC HQ as needed.BS/BA in Business administration or related field as a minimum, with proven profit and loss financial experience or background.Able to effectively communicate with all levels of management in multiple disciplines (sales, operations, & service).Proven history of fulfilling and surpassing revenue and profitability targets.Effectively interact with key decision makers (C-level corporate managers).Experience in a dealer/distributor sales environment a plus.Overall expert knowledge of sales, service, and administration functions.Broad knowledge of the organization's policies, products, and/or services.Strong presentation skills with a lean toward a more technology-based approach.Knowledge and experience in motivating others and leadership skill development.Experience serving as a mentor or coach to rising talent is a plus.

Compensation for this position
The compensation range for this role is $250,000-$290,000. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
