Regional B2C Marketing Manager
**Overview** The Regional B2C Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing creative solutions aimed at increasing the number of customers and public parking revenues at the Los Angeles World Airports. The functions of this position include: + Manage multiple marketing campaigns including digital advertising, social media, OOH, OTT, broadcast media, radio, print, mail, and PPC. + Create and execute an email marketing strategy to generate parkers for client facilities. + Implement email marketing strategy on behalf of clients. + Review and analyze web pages to ensure a seamless guest experience. + Brainstorm and facilitate contests and other initiatives to drive engagement. + Create marketing strategy plans for potential clients. + Identifying, developing, and managing prospective corporate, parking groups and then successfully bringing the prospect through the sales pipeline to a successful close + Outline the customer journey to maximize customer experience. Work on segmentation of customer audience. + Work with revenue management team to create accurate forecast of pending corporate sales. + Maintain a detailed actionable items list for all marketing initiatives. + Conduct Marketing meetings with senior management and client personnel to provide updates on all active initiatives. + Produce reports and conduct marketing meetings for senior management detailing all marketing initiatives and results. **Minimum Requirements** Primary job responsibilities will require well developed skills in the following areas: + Bachelors degree in Communications, Social Psychology, Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration required. + 2+ years of marketing experience. + Exceptional skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email Marketing Platforms (such as Mail Chimp, Pinpointe, Hubspot) + Skills with design platforms such as photoshop, indesign, etc. + Self-starter and able to work independently. + Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure. + Superior written, proofreading, verbal and group communications and presentation skills. + Strong leadership and influencing skills; track record of successful client & team relationships, and ability to build credibility and gain confidence quickly. Pay: $41,000.00 - $91,000.00 The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
