\n\n\nAbout the Role\n\nMcCarthy Tire Service is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Regional Billing Agent to support our billing operations related to after-hours night service tire events. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a high level of professionalism. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for our service locations across the region.
\n\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\n\t\n\tReport directly to the Director of Corporate Training
\n\t\n\t\n\tCompile and process essential billing information for after-hours tire services
\n\t\n\t\n\tUtilize various tire manufacturer web-based platforms
\n\t\n\t\n\tCommunicate with service locations to gather missing billing data
\n\t\n\t\n\tUpload critical billing data into customer portals to support compliance and acceptance metrics
\n\t\n\t\n\tCreate work orders in the sales module and collect all necessary billing documentation for profit centers
\n\t\n\t\n\tEnsure all work orders align with client labor agreements and vendor requirements
\n\t\n\t\n\tAchieve daily billing goals and collaborate with peers to improve workflows and best practices
\n\t\n\t\n\tMaintain strong, professional communication across billing teams using Microsoft Teams, Outlook 365, and phone
\n\t\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\n\t\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
\n\t\n\t\n\tExceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through
\n\t\n\t\n\tCritical thinking and problem-solving skills
\n\t\n\t\n\tAbility to work independently without constant supervision
\n\t\n\t\n\tProfessional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
