Regional Brand Home Coordinator

About the role:

The Regional Coordinator is an integral role within the Brand Home as you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests as they start their customer journey. You will be customer focused and passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences. You will ensure operational excellence by supporting the management team with all administrative tasks within your region, across 3 of our Brand Homes (Singleton, Talisker and Clynelish). 

 

The role is based at Singleton Visitor Centre but will require occasionally travel between Talisker and Clynelish so driving licence is a must.

Top Accountabilities 

Responsible for handling Brand Homes mailboxes.Co-ordinate and manage site training requirementsManaging the entry of all bookings to systems including travel trade, B2B, media trip and internal business guestsManaging purchase to pay processesSupport Assistants and Regional Brand Home Manager with legislative and corporate compliance adminSupport Assistant Managers and Regional Brand Home Manager will planned and ad hoc administrative duties
 

Qualifications and Experience required

2+ years’ experience in an administrative positionPossess a friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality with the ability to make emotional and human connectionsExcellent communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organizationProficient in Microsoft applicationsBe familiar with customer service standards Be guided by a customer-first attitude; ability to understand and interpret consumer insightsMust be analytical, and possess good knowledge of budgeting processes and important metric managementStrong desire to learn more about the whisky story, brand, and its characteristicsResults driven, with a desire to work in a fast-paced environmentMust have ability to prioritize and plan work activities in a timely and efficient mannerAbility to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage multiple work demands, and adjust to delays and unexpected eventsPossess a friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personalityPossess strong digital literacy skillsPossess strong Emotional Intelligence; ability to make emotional and human connections and build credible working relationships
