Join Foundever as a Business Continuity Manager and take on a pivotal role in safeguarding our operational resilience and security. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for implementing and upholding our business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) policies, while building strong relationships with regional and global counterparts, especially in multi-regional client scenarios.

 

Your expertise will extend to incident management and overseeing physical security requirements at the country level, collaborating with local leadership to adapt security measures as our sites evolve. Partner with our global security teams to ensure our security setups meet the highest standards, and conduct regular reviews of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), and physical security protocols to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Primary Responsibilities of the Role

Adherence to Foundever policies Carry out Business Continuity Tabletop exercises for clients within your region, working closely with other regional and global business continuity manager, where clients are multi regional Oversees regional BC/DR incidents Raises awareness to, and acts as primary contact to the Global Business Continuity Manager during any business interruptions Promote Business Continuity Program goals, objectives, and strategies from a regional perspective Lead the response to, and management of, disruptive incidents in-line with existing Business Continuity and Incident Management program. Drive awareness and understanding of Global Business Continuity strategies to stakeholders. Provides risk avoidance and revenue protection strategies for clients in each location within their region Supports the sales cycle by providing business continuity input to RFP’s and interacts directly with clients as needed Capacity to provide off-hour, on-call Incident Management support Oversees the regional physical security requirements and their application at country level Assists local leadership with implementation, changes to and closure of sites Supports the global security with the requirements for security setup Performs reviews to ensure security in regards to BCP, DRP and Physical Security requirements Performs other related duties as assigned. Possible travel requirements regionally, although not expected to be frequent

 

Skills and Experience required

5 years of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and execution experience is desired but not required. Risk management, business continuity, workplace recovery, and incident management framework experience Excellent interpersonal skills and indirect influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence of individuals at various organizational levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven track record interacting with Senior Executives Creative out-of-the-box thinking to solve business problems & client needs Experience managing medium to large scale projects Experience with direct client interaction during the sales cycle Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite

 

Qualifications and certifications

BS or BA desired. Industry recognized certification strongly desired. Experience with large-scale incident response and recovery Travel: Possible travel requirements regionally, although not expected to be frequent
