Job Overview

The Portable Flow Business Line within Atlas Copco Power & Flow Division is embarking on strategic focus of revenue-driving activities towards its vision to becoming and remaining a market leader in the portable dewatering pumps business in Philippines and Indonesia markets. The Regional Business Development Manager – PAF will be instrumental in pushing that vision forward. We’re currently searching for an experienced professional who can partner with various stakeholders to drive measurable results that benefit the PAF business. The role is to implement an effective sales approach that expands market reach, strengthens channel partners and customer relationships, and builds dedicated and highly focused organization. The role will be instrumental in developing a strategic, market-leading business-partnering capability that enables the organization to win, retain, and grow business through consistently high standards, engaging through leadership as well as strong dealer management, key customer relationships and specific account management

Responsibilities

Proactively plan and deliver a compelling business development strategy with priority on main markets Indonesia and Philippines, understanding regional and local market needs and dynamicsDrive revenue opportunities by deploying market-specific products and customer solutions. Product costing, pricing, Sales support, and product training both internal and external. Owning the responsibility to deliver healthy financial KPI’s.Focus on appointing, nurturing, and developing dealers and rental channels and partner closely to increase market presence in target markets of Mining, Construction and Wastewater segments. Grow key customers using strong key account relationship management skills.Monitor competitors’ activities - identify competitive threats and map business strategies against the competition.Work with Marketing & Communication Team to plan, organize, and deliver high-quality customers events to promote Atlas Copco to be a highly reputable dewatering pumps player in target markets, targeting carefully selected existing key clients and new clients, with a strong focus customer solution delivery, profitable revenue generation, and increasing brand profile; guide in driving both internal and external communications such as social media to channel the Atlas Copco brand, identity, and culture through a single, uniform, and strategically consistent communications platformAccomplish with sales team to regularly review activities during (monthly) conference calls and face-to-face meetings; producing analyses of activity versus plans, demonstrating value added of activities undertaken; producing and interpreting financial reports; monitoring expenditure against budget.Team up with Power Technique Service team to ensure aftermarket services offerings and programs are delivered timely and properly leading to high customer satisfaction and retention for eventual repeat business.Collaborate with PAF Divisional Marketing to bring the products to market and help with inputs of further market needs to develop product development strategies.Stay on top of business, industry, clients, and competition intelligence and keep the Industry Partners informed of recent trends and opportunities which help develop business.Ensuring all data inputs and management of all direct / indirect customer accounts is maintained / updated in C4C. Be in unison and collaborate with the local Business Line Managers / Project teams to strategize product offering on specific customers / projects as per the market requirements.Forms part of the regional management team that drives efficiency and effectivity thru business synergies.

Qualifications

Essential:Technical knowledge desired and strong industry knowledge preferred.Master's or equivalent degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or similar qualification an advantage.Excellent organizational and business management skills.Fluent English essential, both written and oral English fluency.Team spirit is vital, ability to work collaboratively across teams.Willing to travel extensively and to work extra mile to deliver desired results.Knows how to drive vehicle, with valid driver’s license.Desirable:At least five (5) years working experience in related fields.Industrial sales and dealer management and development experience.This position will be base in Philippines or Indonesia
