**Regional Business Manager (Home Therapies) – Field Based Role - South Region**
Are you a pro-active and dynamic individual who is passionate about sales growth seeking to develop your career in sales within an organisation where the work you do will really make a difference?
To be successful in this role it is crucial that you are someone within a commercial sales background who looks to innovate and find different solutions, with strong business development skills and passion to drive an increase in market share. Ideally you will have a degree in a profession allied to business or medicine alongside a certificate in marketing/sales management.
For this position we require you to be ABPI qualified with a detailed understanding of its practical application in a business environment. Alternatively, if you are not already qualified, we would look for you to complete this within 2 years of your start date and the company will support employees to gain this qualification.
**This is a field-based role covering the South of the UK, therefore a UK driving licence is essential.**
**What does the role involve?**
**You will:**
+ Actively promote, generate and meet company sales targets across the entire product range, whilst achieving personal and company objectives.
+ Liaise with Therapy Specialist Nurse on a regular basis to discuss territory/account activity, evaluations of products, latest therapy developments etc. which may have an impact on the FMC offering.
+ Work closely with /and the development of Key Opinion Leaders.
+ Co-ordinate with appropriate personnel to organize products for evaluations and lead and conduct product evaluations in targeted accounts.
