The Senior Regional Business Manager, West for Beckman Coulter Diagnostic is responsible for driving both primary and secondary revenue for territories part of West India. This is a people management role, responsible for leading Sales team to drive profitable business growth, create winning environment, improve health of the business and develop people. The position is responsible for strategic initiatives and developing long term business plans and people development. You would be tasked for working with an effective team, that works across the country with clients. The role will be responsible for building client relationship, developing plans to ensure client engagement at all levels. This position is key to cross functional alignment and would also be a key partner to Govt. business, Automation and Microbiology heads. Prior experience of people management, the ability to build high performing teams and experience of managing large deals would make you the ideal fit for this role.

Experience – 10+ years of minimum experience in Business management in healthcare organization and Experience in people-management is a must.Proven track record of being able to work under time pressure and in a lean organization.Ability to create and enforce process discipline, deliver results and drive change and travel – this position will require travel within the country for external client/ internal team meetings and outside the country for any strategic or functional meetings.Ability to effectively and seamlessly work in cross-functional teams and matrices, effectively delegate as well as take control depending on the on-ground situationJoin our winning team today.
